Answer: Thanks to the choice of 125 high rated electronic components, the filling of silicon rubber for fast heat diffusion, and the layer of air insulation compartment, the heat is quickly and evenly spread out to the entire surface of the silicon body. The air insulation compartment blocks the high temperature to the mounting surface, and keeps the Tc point lower than 90 degrees C.
